Chriswick joins as senior vice president of marketing, taking responsibility for the Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Center brands, while Kaushal steps in as vice president of marketing with a specific focus on ClearChoice. Their recruitment follows the May 2026 arrival of Chief Commercial Officer Rafeh Masood, who is overseeing a broader effort to streamline marketing across the company’s 1,400-plus locations.

Both executives transition to the healthcare sector from Purpose Brands, where they managed portfolios including Orangetheory Fitness and The Bar Method. Masood noted that their background in scaling national brands through hyper-local performance is essential for the organization’s current scale. Chriswick brings two decades of experience, including previous stints at Strava and agency roles at Digitas and DDB, while Kaushal offers a background in consumer goods and fitness, having led marketing efforts for brands like RXBAR and Mars Wrigley. The Aspen Group, which also operates WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet Pet Health Care, aims to leverage this expertise to dismantle barriers to patient care across its network.
