Copper Intelligence Hires Minxcon to Spearhead DRC Project Compliance

Copper Intelligence has tapped mining consultancy Minxcon to oversee technical advisory services and regulatory compliance for its mineral projects. This partnership aims to sharpen the company's reporting standards under the S-K 1300 framework, a critical step for its planned uplisting on a major United States stock exchange.

Minxcon will coordinate the firm’s technical programs, leveraging deep operational knowledge of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The consultancy’s expertise in international resource reporting is expected to provide the necessary rigor as Copper Intelligence advances its exploration assets. Richard Rice, Head of Geology at Copper Intelligence, noted that Minxcon’s regional experience is central to meeting the company’s corporate and technical objectives.

Uwe Engelmann, Principal Geologist at Minxcon, emphasized that the firm will assist in preparing technical disclosures that align with stringent international requirements. By integrating geological assessment, mining engineering, and due diligence, the consultancy provides a comprehensive advisory structure for the developer. This move signals a deliberate push by Copper Intelligence to bolster transparency and governance as it seeks to scale its presence in the Congolese copper sector.
