Reproductive Endocrinologist Dr. Wes Urian Joins Pinnacle Fertility
Pinnacle Fertility Washington has expanded its Seattle clinical team with the appointment of Dr. John Wesley "Wes" Urian, a fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist. Dr. Urian, who previously completed his residency at Oregon Health & Science University, joins the network to focus on personalized, inclusive fertility care for Pacific Northwest patients.

Medical Director Dr. Amanda Hurliman noted that Urian’s recruitment aligns with the network’s goal of providing highly tailored patient support. Beyond his clinical focus, Urian is an active member of the ASRM’s LGBTQ Special Interest Group, emphasizing his commitment to providing affirming care for diverse paths to parenthood. He is currently accepting new patients at the Seattle facility, where he joins a broader regional network of clinics that have served the Pacific Northwest for over two decades.
