Amgen Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Operations

The transition to Vault CRM serves as the foundation for Amgen’s agentic commercial strategy. Scott Skellenger, senior vice president and chief information officer at Amgen, stated that the platform will provide the necessary speed and agility to support the company’s global therapy launches. The software suite includes the Agentic Call Report, a tool designed to generate commercial evidence and identify treatment barriers that were previously difficult to track.

Matt Farrell, president of commercial strategy at Veeva, emphasized that the technology will reshape how Amgen engages with healthcare professionals. By automating data collection and analysis, the company intends to refine its approach to market launches. Veeva, currently serving over 1,500 customers as a Public Benefit Corporation, continues to focus its cloud infrastructure specifically on the requirements of the life sciences industry.
