Lindblad Expeditions Lifts Financial Forecast After Antarctica Deal

The company now anticipates adjusted EBITDA of $140 million to $148 million, surpassing its previous forecast of $130 million to $140 million. This deal secures a 60% stake in White Desert, which specializes in flying clients into the Antarctic interior, alongside the new Echo Charlie flight itineraries.

Patrick Woodhead, chairman of White Desert, will maintain his leadership role at the firm while serving as chief executive of Echo Charlie. Additionally, Woodhead joins Lindblad as a strategic innovation adviser. Despite the integration, both White Desert and Echo Charlie are set to operate as standalone entities within the Lindblad portfolio.
