From November 25 to 28, 2026, the London-based chef will transition his high-precision kitchen to the Montego Bay resort for a series of exclusive events.
The residency opens on November 25 with a welcome cocktail hour, allowing guests to engage directly with the chef. The schedule proceeds with a live culinary demonstration on November 26, revealing the techniques behind his acclaimed kitchen style. The engagement concludes on November 28 with a formal five-course tasting menu, serving as the centerpiece of the collaboration.
