The company’s presence at the International Manufacturing Technology Show highlights a suite of solutions designed to replace trial-and-error manufacturing with virtual validation. Central to this offering is Factova Worldworks, a digital twin simulator that enables engineers to model spatial layouts and logistics flows in 3D before committing to physical infrastructure. By processing actual production data within this virtual environment, manufacturers can stress-test equipment placement and refine operational plans to improve cost efficiency.
Beyond simulation, LG CNS is deploying a modular Manufacturing Execution System (MES) designed for scalability. Unlike monolithic software, the Factova MES allows companies to integrate specific modules tailored to their industry and process requirements. Complementing this is Factova Control, an AI-enhanced system currently managing over 100,000 pieces of equipment globally. By analyzing real-time variables such as vibration, temperature, and electrical current, the system identifies potential equipment failures before they occur.
