The centerpiece of this release is the Text-to-Vector feature, accessible through the AI Generate inspector. By generating scalable, node-based graphics from prompts, the software provides a quicker starting point for concepts. Crucially, the output remains fully editable, allowing designers to tweak nodes and proportions manually. This aligns with Corel’s "Artist Intelligence" philosophy, which frames AI as an accelerator for exploratory tasks rather than a substitute for professional judgment.
Alongside generative tools, the company has overhauled PowerTRACE. The update targets a common pain point for production teams: converting low-quality client-supplied raster files into clean, usable vector art. With improved object structure and background removal, Corel reports that tracing performance is now up to four times faster. These enhancements are complemented by expanded browser capabilities in CorelDRAW Web, which now supports custom font uploads and DWG/DXF exports for fabrication workflows.
