Adecco deploys Salesforce Agentforce across 40 countries

After a successful pilot program in the United Kingdom and France, the Adecco Group is rolling out Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker to its staff in more than 40 countries. This deployment integrates an AI teammate directly into daily operations, aiming to streamline recruitment and sales workflows for 27,000 employees globally.

The enterprise agreement grants Adecco unlimited access to Salesforce’s agentic AI tools, which are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models. By consolidating data previously fragmented across dozens of separate systems, the platform provides a unified interface for managing client and candidate information. The system leverages insights from over 2.5 million interactions recorded since April 2025 to assist with tasks ranging from prospect identification to automated onboarding processes.

Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, frames the integration as a fundamental shift in labor dynamics. By automating administrative overhead, the firm expects its recruiters and sales professionals to dedicate more time to complex, human-centric engagement. The company has already implemented similar AI agents across recruitment functions in ten countries, a segment that currently accounts for half of its total business revenue. Machuel is scheduled to discuss the practical application of these tools alongside Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff at the Dreamforce keynote.
