The launch follows a rigorous diagnostic phase where leadership evaluated hundreds of potential use cases. From an initial list of 229 proposals, the group winnowed down the most viable projects based on potential impact and feasibility. To jumpstart the initiative, over 40 executives gathered for a two-day strategy session, focusing on transitioning from theoretical concepts to practical, scalable implementation.
Co-led by Mohamed Nabil Hayel Saeed and Theo Breward, the lab will operate under four primary pillars: workforce capability building, automated process optimization, the development of integrated systems, and the incubation of new AI-enabled business models. Rather than centralizing every action, the lab will act as a governance hub, providing ethical oversight and technical support to individual subsidiaries as they deploy their own specific initiatives.
