The relocation replaces the company’s former Passyunk location, bringing the firm’s Pennsylvania footprint to 18 stores. Designed to serve both new and experienced consumers, the new facility sits near major local landmarks including the Rivers Casino and Interstate 95. According to Chairman and CEO Boris Jordan, the move aims to provide a more expansive product selection and a refined shopping environment for the city's patient base.

Curaleaf Relocates Philadelphia Dispensary to Fishtown
Curaleaf is shifting its Philadelphia retail presence to a new storefront in the Fishtown neighborhood, marking a strategic move to capture more traffic near the Delaware River waterfront. The site at 1321 N. Front St. opens its doors to medical cannabis patients on Thursday, September 17.

To mark the transition, the storefront features a custom mural by local artists Kristin and Evan of VURT Creative, which leans into the area's maritime and industrial history. Customers will find a full range of proprietary brands, including Grassroots and Select, alongside the recently released Select Briq 2 vape device. A grand opening event is scheduled for September 23, featuring local food trucks and live entertainment.
