The system currently supports operations across four ACR companies, utilizing intelligent automation and validation controls to handle data entry tasks. A standout feature is the qBotica-enabled Healing Agent, which allows the software to navigate common digital disruptions—such as unexpected interface changes or timing errors—without requiring manual intervention. By resolving these issues autonomously, the agent maintains consistent uptime and system resilience.

ACR Deploys qBotica AI to Automate Enterprise Workflows
Since July 20, 2026, a new AI-powered automation system at AmerCareRoyal (ACR) has processed nearly 5,000 transactions with a success rate topping 99%. Developed alongside qBotica, the platform marks a shift for the foodservice supplier from experimental AI to a stabilized, production-grade tool for managing complex business operations.

Kelly Kidd, Accounts Receivable Manager at ACR, noted that the automation has improved credit processing accuracy while freeing staff to focus on higher-level analysis. For CIO Thai Vong, the deployment serves as a scalable blueprint for the company’s broader digital transformation. ACR and qBotica plan to expand the technology to manage more intricate transaction types and workflows across the enterprise in the coming months.
