Clock Ticking on TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Exhibit Space

Startups have until 11:59 p.m. PT this Friday, September 18, to secure an exhibit table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. With space strictly limited, organizers warn that tables may sell out before the final deadline, potentially locking latecomers out of the premier networking event scheduled for October 13–15 at Moscone West.

The three-day event in San Francisco expects to draw 10,000 founders, investors, and tech leaders, creating a high-stakes environment for product demonstrations and deal-making. Exhibitors receive a 6′ × 30″ space on the Expo Hall floor, providing direct access to venture capitalists and potential partners. Beyond the physical footprint, the package includes 10 team passes, access to the official press list, and Silver Tier branding. Founders can also leverage AI-powered matchmaking and the Deal Flow Café to accelerate their outreach during the conference.

For those not planning to exhibit, general attendance remains an option. TechCrunch is offering a price incentive for those who register by September 25, allowing attendees to save up to $200 before ticket costs rise. The event features 200 sessions across six stages, showcasing 300 startups alongside the Startup Battlefield 200 competition.
