The board’s decision underscores a strategy to unify product development with executive leadership. Nancy Tsuei, an independent board member, noted that Arthur’s deep familiarity with the company’s manufacturing and design cycles made her the logical choice to steer the brand’s next phase. Since its inception, the company has sought to bypass traditional industry friction by offering homeowners and designers a more direct, curated approach to custom cabinetry.

Arthur brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the helm, including previous leadership roles at West Elm. A Rhode Island School of Design graduate, she initially founded the company to address gaps in the home renovation market, focusing on the intersection of premium craftsmanship and accessible, personalized guidance. As CEO, she will concentrate on scaling the company’s infrastructure, supporting design partners, and refining the customer experience for projects ranging from kitchens to home offices.
