MIAMI REALTORS and Gold Coast Schools Launch Education Partnership
The world’s largest local real estate association, MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld, has finalized an agreement with Gold Coast Schools to expand professional training access for its 94,000 members. The collaboration integrates the provider’s extensive Florida-based curriculum into the association’s existing suite of over 2,800 annual educational seminars.
Co-CEO Teresa King Kinney noted that the move is intended to bolster the association's existing resources while providing practitioners with more practical tools to serve clients. Tina Lapp, Head of Industry Relations at Gold Coast Schools, emphasized that the partnership aims to move beyond static course catalogs. By collaborating directly with agents, the two organizations plan to identify emerging market needs and develop responsive, agile programming that keeps pace with rapid industry shifts. Gold Coast Schools, a subsidiary of Colibri Group, brings over 55 years of experience to the alliance, having established a significant footprint in real estate, appraisal, and construction training across the state.
