Hartzell steps into the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer, inheriting an operation that supports roughly 700 family farmers. He replaces Earl Larson, who departs in late September after a 22-year career at the company. Hartzell brings over 25 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience, including recent leadership positions at KDC/ONE Development Corporation and NovaTaste, alongside an 18-year history at International Flavors & Fragrances.
