Rochefort Backs Delos Living to Scale Wellness Tech and Military Housing

The investment supports two core pillars of Delos’ business strategy: data-driven environmental management for office spaces and specialized wellness upgrades for service members. Through its WellCube and Sense+ systems, Delos provides real-time analytics on air quality, lighting, and occupancy, allowing institutional property owners to monitor and improve building performance across large portfolios. By integrating this technology into building management systems, the firm aims to address indoor environmental challenges with consistent, site-wide data.

Simultaneously, the financing bolsters the Vitacorps initiative, a joint venture between Delos and Corvias. Currently serving more than 4,500 U.S. military homes, the program utilizes air and water purification, humidity control, and lighting optimization to improve living conditions for military families. This expansion comes as the U.S. Government Accountability Office continues to highlight the impact of substandard housing on service member readiness and performance. Jody LaNasa, Co-CEO of Rochefort, noted that the firm’s investment focuses on these dual applications of health science, while Delos founder Paul Scialla emphasized that the funding is critical for scaling measurable interventions in both commercial and defense sectors.
