Training features have also received significant attention. Runners can now access quick workout suggestions based on specific time and intensity targets, while the updated Garmin Run Coach plans offer adaptive programming that shifts daily according to individual recovery and health metrics. Cyclists using compatible Edge devices benefit from an enhanced Enduro ride profile, which now autonomously toggles between climbing and descent modes. These updates are available immediately through the Garmin Connect app or via the Garmin Express desktop software.
