By utilizing this dual-mode approach, the company aims to help growers manage resistance issues more effectively without the labor-intensive requirements of on-farm tank mixing. Field trials conducted in major wheat-growing hubs demonstrated that a single pre-emergence application provides strong residual protection and supports improved crop performance under heavy weed pressure.

Germain Boulay, head of global herbicides at ADAMA, noted that the solution specifically addresses the operational complexity that currently hinders local farmers. With registration already secured in India, the company expects the product to hit the market in September 2026. This launch marks a strategic effort to streamline field operations for wheat producers who require reliable, season-long control in high-pressure environments.
