Luke Jung, Director of Rainbow Robotics USA, cited E Tech’s background in laboratory automation as the primary driver for the collaboration. Sura Hadi, Director of Lab Automation and Industrial Robotics at E Tech, emphasized that the firm will provide full-cycle support, ranging from initial installation to authorized warranty service, enabling a transition from hardware selection to fully operational automation solutions.
