The new offerings leverage the existing base of Carolans to pivot into distinct flavor profiles. Strawberries & Cream focuses on ripe, fruit-forward notes, while the Chocolate Cream variant highlights milk chocolate truffle with undertones of toffee and coffee. According to Aaron Wilke, AVP at Heaven Hill Brands, these additions are intended to increase the brand's versatility, whether used in coffee, mixed into cocktails, or served simply over ice.

To support the launch, Heaven Hill Brands is deploying a marketing campaign centered on the fictional "Carolans Dairy Department." The campaign features a character named Carol Ann—a self-appointed head of the herd—who guides consumers through suggested pairings. These include using the strawberry expression for the "dirty soda" trend and utilizing the chocolate variant in espresso martinis. Available now in 50 mL and 750 mL formats, the bottles carry a suggested retail price of $17.99 for the standard 750 mL size.
