Dubai-based Huspy expands into Italy with $86 million investment

Dubai-founded property technology firm Huspy is entering the Italian market, backed by an $86 million investment commitment. The expansion begins with the acquisition of Integra Finance, a credit intermediary with a network of over 160 advisors and 50 financial partners, aiming to scale an AI-driven platform for real estate transactions.

The move marks the fourth country for the company, which already operates in the UAE, Spain, and Saudi Arabia. By integrating Integra Finance’s established local infrastructure with its proprietary AI operating system, Huspy intends to streamline the home-buying and mortgage process for Italian agents and their clients. The acquisition follows a proven growth strategy: Huspy previously entered the Spanish market in 2022 by acquiring Mortgage Direct and has historically scaled through similar consolidations of local expertise.

Jad Antoun, co-founder and CEO of Huspy, identified Italy as a central pillar for the company’s European growth phase. The investment aligns with broader economic ties between the UAE and Italy, building on a $40 billion bilateral commitment announced in 2025. For Integra Finance, the deal provides access to advanced technology and international capital, positioning the firm to digitize its diversified portfolio of mortgages, corporate financing, and insurance services. As Huspy continues its expansion across the EMEA region, it maintains a focus on empowering real estate brokers with tools designed to improve transaction efficiency and client experience.
