The capital raise and the full acquisition of Carvoilà represent a tactical expansion for the Italian firm. By absorbing Carvoilà’s transportation and logistics capabilities, hlpy aims to connect its existing AI-driven assistance software with physical service networks. Founders Francesca Vidali and Michela Conti will transition into the hlpy Group to oversee the integration and leverage operational synergies across the automotive value chain.

Valerio Chiaronzi, CEO of hlpy, noted that the platform now supports the entire lifecycle of a vehicle, from initial sale to maintenance and repair. Lorenzo Langella, head of BBEI, stated that the partnership reflects the bank’s focus on high-growth sectors led by entrepreneurial teams. This transaction brings hlpy’s total funding to €45 million since its 2020 inception. The company remains on track to hit its target of €100 million in recurring annual revenue within the next three years.
