Xiamen-based Yeastar is now attempting to bridge that gap with the launch of NovoOne, a multi-tenant platform designed to offer both high-level infrastructure resilience and rapid, AI-driven deployment for MSPs and telecom resellers.
Beyond infrastructure, NovoOne integrates AI capabilities directly into the workflow, including automated transcription, sentiment analysis, and AI agents. These features are paired with a concurrent-call-based licensing model, which Yeastar says facilitates profitable oversubscription for providers.
