Chelsea Captain Erin Cuthbert Becomes Face of Constant Contact

Ninety-nine percent of professional players cannot rely on football income forever, a reality that pushed Chelsea FC Women captain Erin Cuthbert to launch her own specialty coffee brand, Ruby Alba. Now, the midfielder is partnering with marketing platform Constant Contact to manage her business while navigating her elite athletic career.

Chelsea Captain Erin Cuthbert Becomes Face of Constant Contact

Cuthbert manages Ruby Alba as a solo operation, sourcing coffee from her native Scotland while balancing the demands of professional football. Her new role as a Small Business Ambassador for Constant Contact involves using the company’s automated marketing tools to reach customers and share her journey with other entrepreneurs. She plans to leverage the platform's email and social media features to keep her brand active while she is on the pitch.

Constant Contact CEO Frank Vella described the partnership as a natural extension of the company’s commitment to supporting ambitious founders. The collaboration is part of a broader multi-year initiative between Constant Contact and Chelsea FC Women, aimed at providing female entrepreneurs with mentorship and resources through programs like The Growth Locker. For Cuthbert, the move represents a practical step toward securing her future beyond the sport, proving that the drive required to win on the field can be applied to building a sustainable business.
