Broadband provider Lightcurve is bypassing the high costs of fiber overbuilds by leveraging existing coax infrastructure in Washington state. By deploying Harmonic’s virtualized cOS platform, the company is now delivering multi-gigabit speeds of up to 8 Gbps downstream and 1 Gbps upstream to residents in multi-dwelling units.
