The capital injection will support Kipsu’s efforts to enhance its AI-driven capabilities and operational workflows. CEO Chris Smith noted that the funding provides the necessary resources to expand the company’s internal team and pursue strategic acquisitions that complement its current technology suite. Kipsu currently facilitates real-time communication for over 45 million guests annually across 11,000 global locations.

M-One Capital, formerly known as McCarthy Capital, identified Kipsu’s strong customer retention and established innovation culture as primary drivers for the investment. Managing Director BJ Hansen stated that the firm intends to support the management team as they scale their platform beyond traditional hospitality settings. This partnership marks a significant transition for the company as it seeks to solidify its position in the competitive customer experience software sector.
