Windsor Capital Invests $50 Million in Slovenian Tech Firm Space Labs
A strategic $50 million infusion from Hong Kong-based Windsor Capital has pushed the valuation of Slovenian startup Space Labs to roughly $1.02 billion. The deal, which grants Windsor a 4.9% minority stake, follows a rigorous two-year vetting process involving extensive financial, technical, and legal due diligence.

Beyond the primary funding, the partnership includes an immediate commercial collaboration. The companies are currently establishing a vehicle distribution channel that leverages Windsor Capital’s existing automotive and industrial networks. Igor Šinkovec, founder and CEO of Space Labs, noted that the deal provides the financial stability necessary to deploy their infrastructure globally, while John M. Probandt, chairman of Windsor Capital, emphasized that the synergy between their industrial reach and Space Labs’ technical protocols creates a platform for long-term growth.
