Beyond interface changes, the platform differentiates itself from competitors through an all-inclusive pricing structure. By offering unlimited user access across finance, coding, and clinical departments without additional module fees or hidden costs, Panacea is positioning the tool as a leaner alternative to larger, more expensive market incumbents. CEO Kevin Chmura noted that the firm intentionally avoided typical enterprise licensing hurdles, aiming to provide a more accessible option for health systems currently wary of consolidation-focused software vendors. The updated system is now available for deployment, supported by a team of CDM consultants and Epic-certified specialists.
