Parloa to Showcase Agentic AI Innovations at WAVE 2026 Berlin Summit
Over 700 enterprise leaders will convene at Berlin’s Wilhelm Studios on October 7–8 for WAVE 2026, where Parloa plans to debut new capabilities for its AI Agent Management Platform, shifting the industry conversation from experimental AI to reliable, scalable production performance in customer service environments.
Beyond product announcements, the event features a diverse roster of industry experts, including representatives from OpenAI, Microsoft, SAP, IKEA, and Volkswagen Financial Services. The program addresses the practical challenges of deploying autonomous systems at scale, such as maintaining data sovereignty, proving business value, and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape. Former World Champion footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger is also slated to join the speaker lineup alongside Parloa executives, including CEO Malte Kosub and CMO Latané Conant. Following the Berlin summit, the company intends to host a more focused WAVE Summit in New York on November 4–5 to further discuss the strategic integration of agentic AI within global corporate structures.
