The development will span 410,509 square feet, housing residents across two three-story buildings designed with a traditional Southern aesthetic. Plans include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. FaverGray Begins Construction at Former Adventure Landing Site
The iconic Adventure Landing site in Jacksonville Beach is undergoing a major transformation as general contractor FaverGray breaks ground on a 415-unit multifamily complex. The 10.7-acre project, commissioned by Trevato Development, aims to replace the defunct amusement park with a modern residential community by late 2028.
Amenities for the future residents include a resort-style pool courtyard, a fitness center, and a dedicated dog park. To accommodate the increase in density, the site will feature a four-story precast parking garage. Dynamik Design handled the architectural plans, which utilize brick and fiber cement exteriors topped with standing-seam metal roofing. Construction is currently in progress, with final completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
