Austin Hosts National Solar Conference for 50th Anniversary of TXSES
Under the banner "Solar for All, Y'all," the American Solar Energy Society returns to Austin, Texas, this October 19–21. The three-day gathering marks a significant milestone as the Texas Solar Energy Society celebrates five decades of advocacy, bringing together industry professionals to address the intersection of climate, AI, and energy demand.
Beyond technical discourse, the event offers a range of industry-specific programming, including NABCEP-accredited coursework on energy storage and the National Electrical Code led by instructor Sean White. Attendees can also participate in the Women in Solar Energy luncheon and a public-facing career fair designed to bridge the gap between emerging talent and established renewable energy firms. The event will conclude with the ASES Shine on Solar Gala and a dedicated ceremony recognizing fifty years of Texas-based solar initiatives.
