Milton Ault contends that a stark disconnect exists between Hyperscale Data’s current public market valuation and the underlying worth of its diverse asset portfolio. The firm’s primary focus remains the Michigan AI data center, operated by subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services. With over $70 million already poured into the facility, Hyperscale Data has secured an initial 20-megawatt compute contract that could generate $1.2 billion in revenue over 20 years. Should the client exercise expansion rights to reach 52 megawatts, that figure could climb toward $3 billion.

Ault & Company Injects $55 Million into Hyperscale Data
Ault & Company, the private firm led by Milton "Todd" Ault III, has pumped $55 million into Hyperscale Data through a convertible preferred stock purchase. The investment signals a deeper commitment from the holding company, which already controls approximately 62% of the NYSE-listed data infrastructure firm.

Beyond the Michigan campus, Ault & Company is betting on the firm’s broader holdings, which span defense, aerospace, and commercial lending, alongside $51 million in cash and Bitcoin reserves as of mid-September. Management has floated a valuation range for the Michigan campus between $750 million and $1.25 billion, though these figures remain internal assessments rather than independent appraisals. Ault & Company maintains the option to invest an additional $96 million in preferred stock, positioning itself to aggressively steer the company's long-term development.
