Matt Sauls, president of KB Home’s North Bay and Central Valley divisions, noted that the expansion into Griffin Park allows the company to offer a wider variety of home designs to accommodate diverse buyer budgets. Each residence is built to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a designation held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide, according to the builder.
