Venetian Las Vegas faces class action payout over privacy claims
California residents who navigated the Venetian Las Vegas website between September 2024 and March 2026 may be eligible for a share of a $1.6 million settlement. The legal action alleges the resort improperly shared guest data and communications with third parties in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act.
To secure a payment, individuals must file a claim by November 24, 2026, through the official settlement website. Those who prefer not to participate can opt out or file an objection by the same deadline to preserve their right to sue individually. A final approval hearing is scheduled for December 3, 2026, at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose. Class counsel, Philip L. Fraietta and Stefan Bogdanovich, are managing the process, which is overseen by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
