Gayle Tait Named CEO of Oral Care Brand COCOLAB

Gayle Tait Named CEO of Oral Care Brand COCOLAB

Tait joins co-founders Catherine Cu and Dr. Chrystle Cu to oversee the next stage of the company's expansion. Her mandate includes scaling the brand’s retail footprint and continuing its product innovation strategy. The appointment comes as the company seeks to solidify its position in the competitive dental care market, leveraging the success of its flagship Cocofloss, a four-time Allure Best of Beauty award winner.

Bringing two decades of experience, Tait previously led L'Oréal’s $400 million UK consumer products division and managed multi-billion-dollar payments at Google. Most recently, she served as CEO of the commerce technology firm Trove. Her background in high-growth environments is expected to support COCOLAB’s goal of evolving from a niche dentist-designed brand into a broader wellness platform. Tait currently maintains board seats at e.l.f. Beauty and Jamieson Wellness, providing additional strategic oversight as the company navigates its current phase of rapid national growth.
