Washington Summit Charts Course for Next 250 Years of American Tech
As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, the Internet Marketing Association convened IMPACT 250 in Washington, D.C., gathering tech founders, venture capitalists, and federal policymakers to synchronize the nation’s technological trajectory with its long-term strategic priorities across defense, energy, and artificial intelligence.

Participants ranged from industry leaders like Palmer Luckey of Anduril and representatives from NVIDIA and AMD to high-ranking government officials including Speaker Mike Johnson and several members of the Senate and House of Representatives. The sessions examined the practical requirements of the coming decades, from the energy demands of large-scale AI to the logistical complexities of space-based industrial bases. Following the conclusion of the D.C. gathering, organizers announced that the next installment, IMPACT 27, will shift to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in North Dakota.
