Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Rackspace Technology shares between May 7 and July 8, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP. The litigation centers on allegations that the company misled the market regarding the financial health of its core business segments.

Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

The complaint alleges that Rackspace violated the Securities Exchange Act by issuing false and misleading statements during the specified period. Specifically, the firm claims that Rackspace prioritized its enterprise AI business at the expense of its profitable Private Cloud division. This shift in resources reportedly led to a decline in Private Cloud revenue as customers migrated toward hyperscale alternatives, negatively impacting the company’s 2026 fiscal outlook.

When these underlying market challenges were revealed, the company's share price suffered, causing financial damage to investors. Brian Schall and David Schwartz of the Los Angeles-based firm are currently inviting affected shareholders to discuss potential lead plaintiff appointments and recovery options. While the class has not yet been certified, those who experienced losses may contact the firm to evaluate their legal standing.
