Daily activity throughout the week saw a steady volume of 100,000 shares per session. Prices fluctuated between a high of 100.30 SEK on September 21 and a low of 94.61 SEK on September 24. These acquisitions align with the broader buyback mandate announced in April 2026, which remains active through March 2027.

Following these latest transactions, Ericsson now holds 108,518,663 Class B shares as treasury stock. The Board of Directors intends to propose the cancellation of these repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, excluding those reserved for existing share-related incentive programs. The program operates under the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation and the associated Safe Harbour provisions.
