Investors Target Datavault AI Over Alleged Securities Fraud

A class action lawsuit alleges that Datavault AI misled shareholders by inflating the perceived value of its partnerships and misrepresenting trading volumes on its platform. The legal action, filed in the wake of claims regarding false market statements, targets violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Investors Target Datavault AI Over Alleged Securities Fraud

The litigation centers on the period between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025. According to the complaint, Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) consistently provided materially misleading information to investors during this timeframe. Specifically, the company is accused of exaggerating the impact of its AI integrations and inflating metrics concerning platform activity, which plaintiffs allege remained significantly lower than represented in public disclosures.

The DJS Law Group, led by David Schwartz, is currently organizing the class and seeking shareholders who incurred losses during the relevant period. Potential participants have until October 5, 2026, to move for appointment as lead plaintiff in the case. While the firm specializes in securities litigation and corporate governance, it notes that investors do not need to be appointed as lead plaintiffs to remain eligible for a potential recovery.
