The partnership integrates FNS into a broader North American footprint that already includes European manufacturing, high-volume production in Mexico via GPV Americas, and specialized assembly at Teleste’s New Jersey distribution center. This move aims to shorten transportation cycles and provide operators with localized technical capacity as network deployments scale.

Teleste Expands North American Support Network with FNS Partnership
North American cable operators now have a direct, manufacturer-authorized pathway for servicing Teleste Networks hardware. By appointing Carol Stream-based Fiber Node Services as an official repair provider, the Finnish firm is reinforcing its regional infrastructure to handle both warranty and out-of-warranty maintenance for its entire product lineup.

FNS, which has focused on CATV diagnostics and refurbishment for over three decades, underwent product-specific training to ensure repairs align with Teleste’s global engineering standards. According to Steve Condra, Teleste’s Senior Vice President of North America Sales, this layer of local service is critical for maintaining equipment lifecycles. By connecting U.S.-based repair benches directly to the manufacturer’s technical expertise, the company seeks to offer a more responsive service model than traditional cross-continental logistics allow.
