Finalsite Acquires RevTrak to Consolidate K-12 School Payments
With over 13,000 schools already using its platform, digital payments provider RevTrak has been acquired by Finalsite, a major K-12 school engagement firm. The deal aims to bridge the gap between school communications and financial operations, replacing manual processing with a unified digital interface for families and administrators.
Finalsite CEO Jim Calabrese noted that the integration is designed to reduce the administrative friction often associated with school-to-home interactions. By automating reconciliation and reporting, the company expects to modernize the way districts manage their daily financial workflows.
