The central proposal involves a special resolution to grant Michael Wu an incentive award of 23,469,189 Class B ordinary shares, set to vest immediately upon issuance.

Beyond the share award, the company seeks to ratify the appointments of Michael Wu as chairman, along with directors Vicky Wang and Yi Bao. The board also aims to confirm independent directors Jie Jiao, Noorsurainah Tengah, and Daniel-Philippe Mamadou-Blanco. Additionally, shareholders will vote on amendments to the Post-IPO Share Incentive Plan, which includes increasing the share reserve to 11,000,000 Class A ordinary shares.
