California native Jamie Chung headlines this year’s StyleWeekOC, a five-day fashion showcase at Fashion Island that runs concurrently with the 28th annual Newport Beach Film Festival. The partnership merges cinematic storytelling with runway presentations, cementing the coastal center’s role as a primary cultural hub along the California Riviera.
Beyond the stage, the festival integrates retail and culinary experiences throughout Fashion Island. Programming includes fragrance masterclasses with Guerlain, beauty events at Bloomingdale's, and runway shows featuring labels such as St. John, Alice + Olivia, and Varley. Gerard Widder, Vice President and General Manager at Fashion Island, noted that the collaboration aims to define the region as a unique destination for both style and conversation.
