Megha Kumar, IDC Research Vice-President, noted that the platform addresses a critical gap for enterprises: the need for decision logic that remains explainable, auditable, and defensible to regulators. As organizations weigh how much autonomy to grant AI, the transparency of an agent’s logic becomes a primary requirement for human oversight.
The IDC MarketScape report specifically pointed to the platform’s hybrid architecture as a key advantage, allowing the same logic to execute in subsecond real time or high-volume batch processing without the need for duplicate coding. Furthermore, the software integrates native entity resolution and graph-based network analysis, features originally engineered for fraud and financial crime detection. These capabilities allow firms like S-Bank and Gjensidige Baltics to incorporate complex relationship data directly into their decision-making processes.
