Fox News Media Launches The Girls Podcast Series

Fox News Media is shifting its digital strategy on October 1 with the debut of The Girls, a personality-driven podcast featuring a rotating cast of high-profile women. Executives Porter Berry and Megan Albano aim to move beyond traditional news formats by prioritizing unscripted, wide-ranging conversations over rigid political segments.

Fox News Media Launches The Girls Podcast Series

The program promises a departure from the network's standard roundtable approach, covering topics that range from career navigation and parenting to pop culture and finances. By abandoning scripts, the production team intends to highlight the chemistry between guests while exploring issues that resonate with a broader demographic. New episodes will release every Thursday across major platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

The inaugural episode sets a high-profile tone for the series, featuring Rachel Campos-Duffy, Harris Faulkner, and Kat Timpf alongside former ESPN host Samantha Ponder and new contributor Melissa DeRosa. This move expands an existing audio portfolio that already includes shows like The Riley Gaines Show and Hang Out with Sean Hannity, further cementing Fox News Media's commitment to capturing audiences outside of its traditional cable news stronghold.
