Investors Eye Class Action Against Ardelyx Over Disclosure Allegations

Investors who purchased Ardelyx, Inc. common stock between January 13, 2025, and August 6, 2026, face a November 16, 2026, deadline to move the court for lead plaintiff status. A class action lawsuit has been filed, alleging the company misled shareholders regarding the market performance of its core products.

Investors Eye Class Action Against Ardelyx Over Disclosure Allegations

The complaint filed by the Rosen Law Firm alleges that Ardelyx executives provided overly optimistic statements to the market while concealing significant obstacles facing their flagship products, XPHOZAH and IBSRELA. Specifically, the lawsuit claims the company failed to disclose increasing reimbursement barriers, stringent prior authorization requirements, and complex step-edit protocols. These administrative hurdles reportedly slowed new-patient starts and hindered prescription fulfillment, eventually leading to investor losses when the actual performance metrics surfaced.

Investors currently hold the right to pursue compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, which requires no out-of-pocket costs. While the class has not yet been certified, those affected may choose to serve as a lead plaintiff or remain absent class members. Representation by the Rosen Law Firm is optional, as investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain unrepresented until certification occurs.
