Kinetics Noise Control Names Michael Walters Vice President of Sales

Walters joins the organization with over two decades of senior leadership experience in specialty materials and industrial manufacturing. His mandate includes refining sales processes and ensuring consistent customer service as the company expands its market presence. Group President Jeremy Cantor noted that Walters’ history of commercial leadership will be instrumental in deepening customer relationships and driving business development.

Before this appointment, Walters served as Vice President of Building Systems at Novagard, where he directed a commercial turnaround for the firm’s specialty sealants and coatings division. His career history also includes a tenure as Americas Director at Momentive Performance Materials and Global Sales Director for Eastman Chemical Company’s Tire Additives business. He began his professional life as a Senior Project Engineer at Procter & Gamble, a background that provides a technical foundation for his commercial work. Walters holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
