Nanoscope Therapeutics to Detail MOGENRY Progress at Mesa 2026
Samarendra Mohanty, co-founder and chief scientific officer of Nanoscope Therapeutics, will headline an Innovation Spotlight presentation at the Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa 2026. The conference, hosted by the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine, convenes in Phoenix from October 5–7 to address the future of genetic medicine.
Nanoscope’s proprietary technology aims to restore vision by delivering light-sensitive opsin genes to bipolar retinal cells, effectively bypassing damaged photoreceptors. Following positive data from the RESTORE Phase 2b/3 trial, the company is positioning MOGENRY as a potential standard of care that avoids the need for genetic testing or complex surgery.
