The campaign, launched by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, explores how a single protein bridges diverse traditions across the globe. By focusing on three distinct categories—sandwiches, noodles, and pastries—the series aims to showcase the adaptability of beef in various cooking styles and cultural contexts. Featured dishes include a classic Beef French Dip, a German-inspired Bavarian Beef Schnitzel paired with tangy slaw, and Asian-style beef sausage pot stickers.

Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner Launches Global Culinary Video Series
From the crisp edges of a Japanese gyoza to the rich au jus of an American French Dip, beef remains a universal culinary anchor. The industry-funded brand Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner. is now highlighting this versatility through a new video series titled One Ingredient, Endless Cultures.
These videos serve as a digital roadmap for home cooks, demonstrating how different preparation techniques can transform the same core ingredient into vastly different meals. The project is funded by the Beef Checkoff, a program established by the 1985 Farm Bill that assesses a one-dollar fee on each head of cattle sold to support promotion and research. Viewers can access the full series and accompanying recipe guides on the official brand website, as well as its social media channels.
